I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March this year, not my first time! I previously had a mastectomy 13 years ago & to be quite honest I didn't find a lot of compassion at the time. I have lived with my imperfect body ever since! This time I wanted to be in control & opted for a mastectomy with reconstruction. This is when I met Mr Goyal. Immediately he put me & my husband at ease. He explained all of my options very clearly. He is an extremely clever man, but full of compassion. You feel totally secure in his ability to give you the outcome you want. My first op at the end of March went very well. My completion op was in August, it was amazing. I am so thrilled with new breast. I am hoping to get my old mastectomy reconstructed next year, which will not be easy for Mr Goyal! But he will explain what can be done when I am ready! Mr Goyal is a surgeon you can trust. I have every faith in him to do what he says he will.

I'm sorry I could not make any suggestions on how they could improve ,myself and my husband were treated with the utmost care and attention.Mr Goyal and every single one of his team are very attentive professionals and their timing with sense of humour was second to none we thought this was very important and helped put us at ease which we found helped enormously with hospital visits.Anyone who is put into their care should consider themselves extremely lucky.

I was referred to Mr Goyal in 2016. I was anxious and apprehensive about my appointment. My sister was with me and Mr Goyal quickly put both of us at ease. He wanted to know my hopes and expectations before examination and discussion of the procedure and the possible risks. Mr Goyal showed a real understanding of my concerns and at the end of our discussion I felt confident that my operation (Breast Reconstruction)was finally going to happen. My sister and I came away confident that I was going to be receiving excellent care . Mr Goyal is not only extremely dedicated to his work but also humane and committed to giving all his patients the best possible care. I thank him, and all his team for the excellent care I received.
